Constanta, a world class maritime port

Constanta is the most important port in Central and Eastern Europe and ranks among the first 10 ports in Europe, before famous city ports such as Liverpool, Barcelona or Genoa. In 2007 the annual goods traffic recorded by the Romanian port was 44 million tones, at a very small difference from Valencia.
