According to a recent analysis realized by IBC Focus based on the projects and construction sites verified in January 2010, a quarter of the projects in stages like intention, project or auction were in stand-by.
The analysis is based on the data gathered by the IBC Focus consultants from 1.248 construction sites and projects. The industrial segment (i.e. production and logistics spaces, food sector investments, etc) counts for the largest number of inactive projects, with 37% of the total number of inactive projects verified in the period aforementioned.
