According to the European Automobile
Manufacturers Association, Romania ranked 10 in the EU in
terms of new matriculated automobiles losing a position from last year in favor
of Austria. See below the number of automobiles matriculated in Romania in the
first 9 months of the current year against the similar period of the previous
year.

The graph above only proves that after a year, people prefer more second-hand cars rather than new ones. The economy has a great effect with car buyers. At present, people choose second-hand cars because they're inexpensive.
